What types of wood species do you offer?
Our products are primarily stocked in Poplar and Red Oak. We also offer select carvings in Cherry, Maple, and Lindenwood, with custom species available upon request for large architectural projects.
How are shipping costs calculated for oversized mouldings?
Due to the length of our mouldings, orders over 94 inches typically require LTL freight shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and the delivery destination's accessibility.
Can I return custom-cut or curved mouldings?
Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days. however, custom-cut lengths, special-order species, and custom-manufactured curved mouldings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Are your wood carvings machine-made or hand-carved?
White River offers a range of products including machine-embossed mouldings for cost-effectiveness and authentic hand-carved accents from our Mon Reale and Ultimate Collections for high-end detail.
Do you provide CAD files for architects and designers?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive library of CAD drawings and 3D files for our mouldings and carvings to assist professionals in the specification and design process.
How should I store my hardwood products before installation?
We recommend acclimating your wood products to the destination environment for at least 72 hours. Store them flat in a climate-controlled area away from direct moisture or extreme heat to prevent warping.
