At White River Hardwoods, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our architectural wood carvings and mouldings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for all standard, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage the items in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Product

Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardwood for any alterations or damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
